Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979 is an American actress. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also her voices. This series started with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, who is weaver and teacher of cooking. She is part-Italian. Cook was first seen for the first time in a commercial for foster care when she was seven years old. Her career began as a child model around the age of 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis South High School.
